About Your Stay & Policies

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by noon (12:00 PM).

What if my plans change — what’s your cancellation policy?

That depends on your rate and booking window. For standard reservations, you’ll typically need to cancel by a certain deadline (often 24–72 hours prior) to avoid penalties. For special promotional or non-refundable rates, stricter terms may apply.  

If you’d like, we can send you the exact policy for your dates.

If I don’t show up for my reservation, what happens?

In most cases, your credit card on file will be charged for one night’s room rate plus tax as a no-show fee.

Is there a minimum age to check in?

Yes — guests must be at least 21 years old to reserve and check into a room at The Perry.

Do you provide transportation to the airport?

We currently do not provide airport transportation due to the distance between The Perry Hotel Naples and the closest major airport, Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW).

However, there are convenient options for our guests, including local taxis, Uber, Lyft, and private luxury car services such as Naples Transportation & Tours (NT&T). Our Front Desk team will be happy to assist you in coordinating reliable airport transfers to ensure a smooth arrival or departure experience.

Rates, Payments & Fees

Do you charge a resort fee? What does it include?

Yes — our daily resort fee is $45 per room, per night. It includes a variety of premium amenities such as:

  • Complimentary ground transportation to our private beaches (e.g., Wiggins Pass, Barefoot Beach),
  • Sunflow beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas,
  • A daily water shuttle along the Cocohatchee River to the private beaches (where you’ll enjoy the scenic ride and nature views),
  • Refillable water bottles + filtered water stations,
  • In-room amenities like coffee, tea, electronic safe, local & 800 calls,
  • High-speed Wi-Fi, 24-hour fitness center, concierge support, and business services.

Please note: the resort fee and applicable taxes are collected at checkout.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and U.S. dollars.

Is parking included?

We offer onsite parking for $25 per vehicle, per night. Valet service is also available for added convenience.

Guest Services & Amenities

Are pets allowed?

Yes — we’re a pet-friendly hotel! The pet fee is $150 for one pet, or $200 if you bring two.

Do you have a lost & found? What’s your policy?

Definitely. If you leave anything behind, just contact our Front Desk. We safely store found items for up to 30 days. After that, unclaimed items may be responsibly discarded or donated.

Do you offer breakfast or dining on-site?

Yes! Guests at The Perry Hotel Naples can enjoy on-site breakfast and dining options designed to start the day right. Begin your morning at the Perry Coffee Shop, featuring a delicious breakfast menu with local favorites like avocado toast, freshly made breakfast sandwiches, and an array of seasonal lattes and specialty coffees you won’t want to miss.

While we don’t offer a full breakfast buffet, our boutique café experience and chef-curated dining options make mornings at The Perry one of the best breakfast experiences in Naples, Florida.

What time are the pools open?

Our two stunning pools at The Perry Hotel Naples are open from dawn to dusk — perfect for a refreshing morning swim or a relaxing afternoon under the Florida sun. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, our poolside experience sets us apart among the best hotels in Naples, Florida.

Are both pools family-friendly?

Yes — we have two unique pool experiences designed for different moods and guests.

  • The ground-level pool is family-friendly, ideal for children and parents to enjoy together.
  • The rooftop pool is adults-only, offering a serene retreat with stunning sunset views, signature cocktails, and a peaceful atmosphere — one of the many reasons guests consider us a top boutique hotel in Naples.
What are the hours of the fitness center?

Our state-of-the-art fitness center is open 24 hours a day for registered guests. Whether you’re an early riser or prefer a late-night workout, our gym offers modern cardio and strength equipment to keep you on track during your stay.

Please note: Minors require adult supervision when using fitness equipment.

How far is the closest beach from the hotel?

We’re proud to be one of the best Naples hotels near the beach!

  • Vanderbilt Beach and Wiggins Pass are only 2.2 miles away, and we offer complimentary land transportation to Wiggins Pass Beach.
  • Our exclusive Water Shuttle provides scenic access to Barefoot Beach, located just two miles downriver from the hotel.

Is there Wi-Fi and business services?

Yes — we offer complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi in all guest rooms and across public areas. We also provide business services like printing, copying, and concierge support to ensure you’re always connected and productive.

Group, Meetings & Events

Do you offer discounted group or corporate rates?

Absolutely. We work with a wide range of corporate, wedding, and social group accounts. We also maintain a corporate booking link and can assign negotiated rates when guests identify their company at booking or check-in. Contact our Sales Department at (239) 423-3187 and we can assist!

Can we host a wedding, meeting, or social event on-site?

Yes — our property offers beautiful creative outdoor event spaces and flexible setups. We’re highly experienced with wedding welcome receptions and corporate gatherings and are happy to collaborate on food, guest room blocks, and more.

What about day-use or "day-pass" rooms?

Yes, we can offer day-use rooms for a portion of the day (e.g. late morning to evening). Please reach out to our Reservations team with your desired times, and we’ll quote a special rate accordingly.
