Are you pet friendly?
Yes, bring your furry friends along. Our pet fee is 1 to 7 Nights: $150 for the first pet, $50 for an additional second pet. For Extended Stays: $175 for the entire stay.
What is the minimum age to check-in?
We require guests to be 21 to reserve and check into a room.
Do you have electric vehicle charging?
Our EV charging stations are located in our parking garage
How do I book group blocks at The Perry Hotel Naples?

Do you have parking?
Onsite parking is available at The Perry Hotel Naples for $15 per vehicle, per night. Valet services are also offered for your convenience.
Do you have a fitness center?
Yes, our fitness center is 1,025 sq ft and includes Life Fitness gym equipment: Treadmills, cross trainer, exercise and recumbent bicycles, free weights and bench.
What is check in/check out time?
Check in begins at 4:00pm and check out is at 11:00am -Late Check out available at additional fees and based on availability. Early Departure Fee: One night's room and tax will be charged if you depart prior to confirmed reservation date.
Is there a resort fee?
Yes, our daily resort fee is $45 per room, per night and includes a wide range of premium amenities designed to elevate your stay. Guests enjoy complimentary ground transportation to our nearest private beaches, including Wiggins Pass and Barefoot Beach, where Sunflow beach chairs are provided for your comfort at no additional cost. A daily complimentary water shuttle is also available, offering a scenic ride through the Cocohatchee River to our nearby private beaches. Along the way, guests can take in the natural beauty of Naples, with frequent sightings of dolphins and wildlife that highlight what makes this area so unique—all just 15 minutes from The Perry’s private dock. Each guest room is thoughtfully appointed with branded Perry Hotel robes for your use during your stay, adding a personal touch of comfort. Guests also receive two refillable water bottles with access to filtered water stations throughout the property, as well as pool towels for convenience. Additional in-room amenities include freshly brewed coffee and tea, an electronic safe, and complimentary local and 800-number calls. Guests also enjoy high-speed wireless internet across the entire hotel and access to our 24-hour fitness center. Daily parking and electric vehicle charging stations are available at no extra charge. Other services include 24-hour front desk support, concierge assistance for personalized recommendations and dinner reservations, and access to business services. Please note: The resort fee and applicable taxes will be collected at checkout.
Do you have a lost & found policy?
Yes, we do! Guests who leave personal items behind can contact our team to inquire about lost belongings. We securely store found items for up to 30 days from the date they are received. After this period, unclaimed items will be responsibly discarded or donated. To report a lost item, please contact our front desk.
